Definitely the best bet solution!
Brian was very knowledgeable and had many years experience that I was very impressed by.  He was very well educated in the extermination business.  Aside from the that he was very professional and very kind.  I would highly recommend him to anyone that would like someone that is diligent as well as compassionate and understanding of what could be a really crappy situation with critters.
